Last Updated: August 19, 2026
01 Introduction
Welcome to Cashless Infotech Private Limited ("Cashless Infotech," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, dashboard, APIs, and business payout services.
Our services support vendor payouts, salary payouts, transaction tracking, reconciliation, and related fintech and IT infrastructure. By registering for an account, submitting payout instructions, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
02 User Accounts
To use our payout services, you must provide accurate and complete business, contact, banking, and compliance information. We may verify this information before activating an account or processing payouts.
- Keep account credentials, API keys, and authorized-user access secure.
- Submit only lawful, accurate, and authorized vendor or salary payout instructions.
- Maintain sufficient funds and provide correct beneficiary details before initiating a payout.
- Notify Cashless Infotech promptly about unauthorized access, incorrect instructions, or suspected fraud.
- Do not use our services for money laundering, fraud, unlawful activity, or prohibited transactions.
03 Payment Terms
Vendor and salary payouts are processed according to the applicable onboarding documents, commercial proposal, service agreement, or dashboard pricing. Fees, taxes, settlement timelines, limits, and applicable charges will be communicated before or during onboarding and may be updated with notice.
Note: Failed validation, insufficient funds, incorrect beneficiary details, banking downtime, or compliance checks may delay, reject, or reverse a payout.
Refunds, reversals, failed transactions, and billing disputes are handled under the applicable service agreement and the rules of the relevant banking or payment partner. Billing questions should be raised promptly with our support team.
04 Limitation of Liability
We work to keep our payout services available and secure, but banking networks, payment partners, telecommunications providers, and other third parties may experience interruptions. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cashless Infotech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
05 Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to an account when required for security, fraud prevention, compliance, non-payment, investigation, or a breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
You may stop using the services by contacting us. Pending payouts, outstanding fees, reconciliation, record-retention, or legal obligations may continue after account closure.
06 Privacy and Intellectual Property
Our collection and use of personal, business, and payout information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Cashless Infotech and its licensors own the website, software, branding, documentation, and other service materials. You may use them only as necessary to access the services and may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse them without written permission.
07 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, legal requirements, or operating practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
